| The sign says Donauradwanderweg (rad = bicycle) and points in the direction of Krems and Tulln (eastbound). It also indicates that there is lodging and food just 1500 meters (~1 mile) in the same direction, and you may call ahead to the phone number indicated. Burger, most likely refers to a castle. I'm not sure about that part, but I understood what I needed to. These signs exist all along the path throughout Austria (and Germany, as well). There is one at every turn and intersection making it simple to stay on course, well fed, and rested. |
