An overlook at the top of "The Ramp (16%), off of Flagstaff Mountain Road, next to the Lost Gulch Overlook rock outcropping and parking lot.
Looking west up Boulder Canyon towards Nederland.  The bald mountain is Sugarloaf Mountain. The divide is hiding under clouds.
